So why is learning history — especially ACCURATE American history — so important? Because if we don’t understand HOW and WHY America became the most free and prosperous nation in the world, we Americans will use our freedom to un-do what America was created to be: An example to the world of how to create and preserve freedom and the opportunity for ALL people — everyone! — to pursue happiness, to prosper, and live in peace.
DID YOU KNOW?
◠Native Americans persecuted and enslaved each other, and took over other tribes’ territory. Whites have persecuted and enslaved each other. Africans enslaved each other. Egyptians did it. Romans did it. Asians did, too. EVERY RACE is guilty of persecuting enslaving others. We ALL STILL DO IT via human trafficking!
â— The entire history of the world is one in which one nation of people would go out and conquer another nation and rule over / persecute / oppress another race or nation. Attila the Hun, Alexander the Great, Napoleon, Hitler, Stalin and others.
◠America is the first nation to actually DECLARE to the entire world that WE stand firm on the principle that all mankind are created equal by the Creator. THAT is what made Americans unique: 13 Colonies unitedly affirmed that all people are God’s creations and therefore all people have the unalienable right of life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness
◠America is one of the first nations to STOP the tradition of conquering others in order to become rich and powerful. Instead, we became one of the richest and most powerful nations in the world because we offer ALL races, sexes, ages, beliefs, religions and creeds FREEDOM = OPPORTUNITY to work, invent, create, build, design, grow, learn, develop, sell, trade, invest, export with each other. THIS is why it’s important to know TRUE American history! TRUE American history unites us, inspires us, and makes us feel proud of our rich American heritage.
We ALL have freedom of opportunity in America… ALL of us do.  The question is:  What are we choosing to do with our freedom? Let us not forget America’s accurate history that we all fought alongside each other regardless of our difference and MANY died for EVERYONE’S freedom in America.
THAT’S something we all can be proud about of as Americans!
