We The Kids Radio show lessons are based on “Forgotten American Stories,” Celebrating America’s Constitution by Author Lydia Nuttall

2023 Excellence in Broadcasting Awards Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters Outstanding Radio Public Affairs Program/Program Series 2023 WFYL – ‘Liberty Kids Interview Benjamin Franklin.

On May 4th, we flew to Pennsylvania and attended the event the following day. Our special guest was the center of attention. WTK Liberty Players received a personal tour of Independence Hall, the gravesites of Benjamin and Dorothy Franklin, the Liberty Bell, and the Declaration House, where Thomas Jefferson drafted the Declaration of Independence.
